    Intellivance LLC ("we," "our," or"us") operates the Alice mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

     

    Our Core Privacy Commitment: Alice is designed with privacy as a fundamental principle. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information from our users. All app data remains locally on your
    device.

  • Information We Do NOT Collect

    Alice does NOT collect, transmit, store, or share:

      email, phone number, etc.)
    • Location data
    • Device identifiers
    • Usage analytics or behavioral data
    • Photos, camera, or microphone data
    • Contact information
    • Financial or payment information
    • Health information 
    • Any other personal data

  • Information Stored Locally on Your Device

    Alice stores only the following data locally on your device:

    • Configuration Settings: Your preferences for app display, difficulty levels, and interface customization
    • Session Data: Progress within activities and learning sessions
    • User Preferences: Settings you choose for your learning experience

    Important: This data:

    • Never leaves your device
    • Is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties
    • Is not accessible to Intellivance or anyone else
    • Will be deleted if you uninstall the app
    • Can be reset within the app at any time

  • Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

    Summary: Alice prioritizes your privacy by design. We don't collect your data because we don't need it. Your learning journey stays private, on your device, under your control.

    Alice is designed for use by children and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

     

    For Parents/Guardians:

    • We do NOT collect any personal information from children under 13
    • We do NOT require children to provide any personal information to use the App
    • No registration, account creation, or login is required
    • We do NOT share children's information with third parties
    • We do NOT use tracking technologies or behavioral advertising

    Parents have the right to:

    • Review any data stored locally on their child's device
    • Delete all app data by uninstalling the app
    • Contact us with any privacy concerns (see Contact Information below)

  • Third-Party Services

    Alice does NOT integrate with or use:

    • Analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase)     
    • Advertising networks
    • Social media platforms
    • Cloud storage services
    • Third-party authentication services

  • Data Security

    While we do not collect or transmit data, we implement security best practices:

    • All data remains encrypted on your device through iOS/iPadOS security features
    • No network communication for data transmission
    • No cloud backup of app-specific data
    • Secure coding practices to prevent unauthorized access

  • International Users

    Alice can be used worldwide. Since all data is stored locally on your device and we do not collect any information, there are no international data transfers.

  • Your Rights and Choices

    You have complete control over your data:

    • Access: You can view your settings and preferences within the app
    • Deletion: Uninstalling the app deletes
      all locally stored data
    • Reset: Use the "Reset Session" or "Clear Progress" feature to delete data while keeping the app installed
    • Opt-Out: Not applicable, as we don't
      collect data to opt out from

    We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any material changes by:

    • Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
    • Displaying an in-app notification (if applicable)
    • Posting the updated policy on our website 
    • Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

  • California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

    Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have specific rights. However, since Alice does not collect personal information, these rights are not applicable. We do not sell personal information.

    European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

    Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), European users have specific rights. However, since Alice does not process personal data, these rights are not applicable. We do not transfer data outside the user's device.

    Do Not Track (DNT)

    Because we do not track users, Do Not Track signals are not applicable to Alice.
